By virtue of a warrant issued of the County Court of the State of Oregon for Harney
county^o me directed,commanding me to levy on the goods and chattels of the delinquent
tax-payers named on the delinquent tax roll for said county for the year 1891 thereto
attached, and if none be found, thenupon the real property as set forth and described
in the said delinquent tax roll, or so much thereof as shall satisfy the amount of taxes
chargea therein, together with costs and expenses, I have duly levied, having been una­
ble to find any goods and chattels belonging to the respective delinquents hereinafter
named, upon the tollowing described pieces or parcels of land, as set forth in said tax
list, lving and being in said Harney county, State of Oregon, described and assessed
