of the Conference held November 21
and 22 at Salt Lake City. Repres
entatives from -thirteen of the reclam
ation states were present at ho Con
ference which was called for ho pur
poso of crystallizing sentiment In tho

reclamation fund, Provision was
made for an executive committee
composed of one member from each
