Hendricks which occurred at the family home at Portland on Thursday of last week. Mr. Hendricks was a well known pioneer cltiien of tblj county, having come here In the early days and settling near Laweu where he was engaged in lunching and the stock business for years. A letter to friends In this city an rouncea that in addition to the chil dren being with him at the time of hit death, three of his brothers were present at the funeral: H. H. Hen dricks, of Fossil; Ray Hendricks of Cottage Grove, and Robert Hendricks of Salem. The following obituary notlci? ap peared In the Portland Jeurnal: ' Glen O. Hendricks, who was born at Dallas June 3, 18G7, died at the family home, 135 North Twenty dricks had been suffering from third street, this morning. Mr. Hen Brights disease for three years. Mr. Hendricks was united iu mar riage with Miss Mary Hattle Mark ham at Yoncalla, Oregon, July 4, 1S82. There are two grandchildren. Vera Lorraine Gray and Wilbur Gray. The family moved to Kastern Ore gon in 1891, where Mr. Hendricks owned a stock ranch for a number of yars. In 1914 they moved to Sum ner Wash., and lived there until 191ij when Mr. Hendricks' health failed. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
