NOTICE IS HEttBBY GIVEN, that the undersigned Citlsens or th Unit ed Slates, constituting a majority of the boim fide owner of land within the boundaries hereinafter described, or holders of uncompleted tltlea or contracts for purchase of State lands under the laws of the State of Ore Kon, or bona fide elements to lands under the laws of the United States, being desirous of forming an Irriga tion district embracing the lands within the boundaries hereinafter set I forth, will at the session of tho' County Court of Harney County, Or-' egon, on the 6th day of March, 1 0 1 ! . at 10 o'clock A.
