Tynawama is injured by the plant not being able to take care of its picture programs and thine who were induced to purchase dynamos on the promise of ser vice are simply out and injured. It is an unfortunate circumstance that should and would have been avoided by the right business management. Patrons have been very patient in the past and are willing to patronize the con cern but when it is so undefen dable there is room for com plaint. The Times-Herald has been depending upon it for power for its machinery in the office; this, 'too, has been a source of inconvenience in the past and the work his b.-en put out on more than one occasion by the inability of the power plant to give service.
