past has given trouble in drawing
juries and in levying taxes, but
the change is not of large impor­

present and it was advisable to

Now, however, conditions are so
changed that the people of that
portion of the county would pre­
fer to lie in this district. These
people have more or less business
to transact at this plac e, it being
the county seat, and a distributing
point for that section.
