Harry Cary was over from
Drewsey a few days this week look­
ing after some business. Harry is
now a business man of Drewsey
having bought the Johnsen Bros,
saloon there and is associated with
a young man by the name of Smith.
He left for home this morning.
Literary Society.
The Masonic and Eastern Star
lodges of this city have planned a
joint installation to take place in
their hall on Dec. 27. Masons and
their immediate families are invited
to attend. A banquet will be
served after the installation cere­
monies at the Burns Hotel
DISSOLUTION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the
co-partnership heretofore existing
between Lloyd Johnson anil Harry’
Cary, at Lawen, Oregon, under the
firm name of Johnson & Cary, has
been dissolved by mutual consent,
Harry Cary retiring from the firm.
Lloyd Johnson is responsible for all
the firm debts and all accounts due
the firm are payable to Harry
Cary.

were business visitors to our city
last Saturday. The furniture re­
cently installed in the High Sohool
was ordeied through Mr George
who is agent for the Union School
Furnishing Co. of Chicago. The
furniture is highly satisfactory and
is good in every particular.
