and at this meeting it was decided
that each vice-president become
an organizer of branches, the
territory to be allotted and work
commenced at once.

president and the five vice-presi
dents.
When once the country is
thoroughly organized the process
of advertising will begin in earn
est . One of the strong points in
this campaign of advertising will
be the personal effort part. Each
branch will make a specialty of in
ducing Oregon’s new citizens to
write letters to their friends and
acquaintances in the East, telling
them about Oregon, and thus in
crease immigration.
