ake resort food does not have to mean sandwiches, chips, hot dogs and hamburgers. Twin Lakes resort, for example, offers a full lunch
and dinner menu and breakfast on the weekends. Some meals are worth a special stop when driving the Cascade Lakes Highway. Twin
Lakes resort was established in 1935 and was a favorite of President Hoover during the 1940s.
