The occasion was a family dinner party given by the bride's par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack P. Mc Bride, formerly of Bend and now of Madras. It was their 31st wedding anniversary. Menashe. a building contract or in the Portland area, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack R. Menashe of Portland. Miss McBride is a graduate of Bend High School and Ore gon State University, and is now employed as a therapeutic dietician at the University of Oregon Medical School Hos pital. After graduation from college, she completed a 12 month dietetic internship at St. Mail's Hospital and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. The vote was 276 to 137 In rejecting an affiliation with the Aluminum Workers International Union AFL-CIO. Employes voted on the issue Monday and Tues day. Out of 417 eligible voters, 413 cast ballots.
