simple, of said premises, and
that none of the Defendants have
any right, title, estate, lien or

any portion thereof, and that the
Defendants be, and each of
them be, forever barred and en
joined from asserting any claim
or right whatsoever in or to said
premises or any portion thereof
adverse to the Plaintiffs.
For such other and further re
lief as the Court may deem meet
end proper, the Plaintiffs not
demanding a judgment for costs
against the Defendants or any
of them.
This Summons 1s published
pursuant to an Order of the

entered on the 22nd day of July,
