LIGHTNING CAUSES SMALL FOREST FIRE A small forest fire, which la now under control, was reported at C o'clock Tuesday to the local forest office. Tho location of tho fire was given as Orphan butte, between Pino mountain and Paulina poak, about 25 miles southeast of Bend.
