There will be a free vote coupon published from day to day and as many of these coupons as can be secured may be sent in to the credit of the can didate named. The Early Start Coupon as published on this page entitles a candidate to 15,000 extra votes in ad dition to the regular number given on the first subsprip' tion that is sent in for the candidate.
