Stanley, president of tho company, announced that he would move his desk at once from tho company's offices In Deschutes and tako spaco with Harrison Lath am at tho corner of Oregon and Wall streets. For somo years past the company's offices have been In Des chutes, where they were moved from Bend, and tho general offlco will still be maintained there. Information concerning the change was given out by Mr, Stanley on his return from Portland yesterday. Itcfcrrlng to the proposal of the company to Irrigate new lands In the Vowcll Butte section and the settlers' petition for the formation of an Irri gation district which Is to como be fore tho county court on Wednesday, Mr. Stanley eald that the company was not averse to a largo district end might favor the district now pro moted.
