A large poster on tho front porch of the Gist Hotel Is provoking ar guments both for nnd against. County division pops up occasionally, but there Is much less agitation over this measure than thero was two years ago. This apathy Is attributed by the friends of the measure to tho fact that many, both of the friends and also the enemies of tho measure, bolleve It will carry by a large ma jority In tho proposed new county. There nre thoso also who bellovo that the majority Bhould rule In this matter as well as in other public matters, and since over 02 per cent of the people of the proposed new county stood for division two years ago, they are willing that division should carry this time. Again thoro are thoso who know that until divi sion began to be agitated this end of the county received nothing llko the amount of money for Improve ments that It paid in In taxes. They know that If Redmond now "kills tho measure for a long time," It will bo a long time In that case before wo ngaln receive our duo proportion of tho county money used for public works. These people do not ngaln wish to pay tribute to Redmond nnd Prlnevlllc. For farm land loans see J. Ryan & Co. Reasonable rates, prompt service. -Adv. i No More Rnckuctic fur Her. Mrs. J. M.
