After tho first few days of the month low minimum tomperatures, cold days and Btormy weather wero succeeded by a milder and more pleasant brand of climate. For nearly two weekB spring seemed to bo here and al though, toward the end of tho month, wlntor seemed to set In again, tt was not the severe sort of tho earlier season. The lowest temperature In tho month was on tho night of the 4th when 1 degree was reached, tho high est was G4 degrees on tho 14th and the 15th. The mean maximum was 47.2 degrees, tho mean maximum 2G.1, and, the moan 30. C. The great est dally rnngo was 33 degrees on tho 2nd and the 17th. Tho precipitation for the month was .87 Inches and tho snaw fall 8 4 Indies. Clear dayB wore In the ma jority, there being ID, as against 13 partly cloudy and 1 cloudy.
