Telephone Company for a franchise,
easement and rich t .of way over and
upon nnr and all county roads and
public highways now established or
which may hereafter be established
for the purpose of constructing.

and other convenient and necessary
equipment for a telephone service, to
le furnished' the citizens of Crook
county; and

Farmers' National Telephone Com
pany Is preparing o furnish a large
number of citizens with a perma
nent and well equipped telephone
system and for the purpose of said
construction It Is necessary that said
company have an easement, right of
way and franchise as herein peti
tioned for;
It Is hereby ordered that the said
Farmers' Mutual Telephone Com
pany be granted a franchise and right
of way over and along nil roads and
highways within aald county for the,
purpose of erecting the system of'
poles and wires for telephoning as
requested herein and as may be nec
essary to fully and adequately equip
a telephone system for satisfactory
service to citizens of Crook County;
all of such poles nnd wires to be
