collect $200 attorney fees alleged to
be due for services in the Llnster

Dr. A. A. Burris loft Saturday
for Portland whore ho will remain
several days, thence proceeding to
Mexico, to be gone probably six
weeks. The Bend physician pur
chased a ranch at Culiacan, on the
West Coast, when ho was there last
spring.
Jesso Pouch, a Pear Creek home
uteuder who was committed to the
Insano asylum a year or so ago, has
been discharged as cured and is in
Bend this week visiting friends. Ho
report having received excellent
treatment in the state institution.
Miss Ellinboth O'Donnell, who vis
ited her brothers hero u fow weeks
ago, was married in Seattle on Wed
nesday, Juno M, to J.J, O'Grady of
St. Louis, Mo. Mr. O'Grady is n
