Pinal settlement has lxon made of the homostoftd content chs of Innou vs. Morrill, with a decision in favor af the defendant. Thin was givon b the Secretary of the In terior, who sustains tho Goneral Land Commissioner. This case, it will be remembered, was started In January, 1010, by Joe Innes against Holman Morrill and involved 120 acre just across the river from Bend. Morrill being deceased, tho suit was defended by his son and heir, Arthur Morrill, of Powell Butte. It was first tried here, then at Tho Dalles where a decision was given tho plaintiff. Morrill then appealed to the General Land Commissioner, who on Dec. 1, 1910, reversed The Dalles decision. Innos then appealed to the Secretary of the Interior. Vernon A. Porbos represented the defendant. Dld.you.kn6w that tho Bulletin J6b. shod con mint your visltlnn cards of tho best stock with hand some script typo? "BUILDING PLANS J.
