Bend Realty Hoard, expressed the
view that the proposed revision
giving to the Commercial Club's
board of directors exclusive execu

The Realty Board, which Mr. Or
cutt pointed out had been very in
strumental in organizing the present
commercial club, felt that all tin
members of the club should ltaxe
equal voice tu the execution of im
portant matters. Alter some dis
cussion, and the reading by tlie
Secretary of the proposed new by
laws, they were laid over to by
passed upon at the next regulat
meetiug.
The Secrelary reported that lit
