tains. They reached Bend last
week and the first two named con
cluded to go into the photograph
business here. The others have
gone to explore the southern
country aud will return to Bend

weeks visiting his daughter, Mrs,

ably return a little later this fall
and put up a buiding for his son-In-law.

but on an auto stage line between
Bend aud Klamath Pall;. It is
largely for the accommodation of
travel from the south to the Walker
Basin reclamation project. Trips
are made scmi-wiekly according to
schedule appearing elsewhere in
