Harryman paying $10 for it. The tree was mi especially good specimen, quite free from limbs and sound. Mr. Anthony bought it to work up into lumber, which he will use for cabi net making purposes. The red juniper tbut grows tu this faction makes n very handsome wood, anil if there were mote sound trees and leas limbs, the juniper would be very valuable. A. C Lucas will build- n brick residence this spring on the lots on Ironwood avenue which he recently purchased. The house Will be the first bricfc building in Ileud, and Mr. Lucas plans to use in its con struction the first brick manufac tured by the local company. I'laus lor the building have not been worked nut in detail, but it will be at . two stones high and will contain seven or eight rooms.
