The stockholders and directors are Charles Uoyd, who owns one half the itock, and Mr. and Mrs Hrickson, who own lliootht'r half. Later the Rrick sons desired to retire from business ind Hoyd wished to continue, from which iitharmouy has developed that is now iu court. The specific bone of contention was a band ol hogs. Hrickson, who was secretary and treasurer of the corixinuion. Had sold the animals to White & Hill, and Hoyd, who was president mm general manager, had sold to Attain Kotzinnu. The family left Heud about three months ago .Mr. i.oveil was about 65 yeursold. He served in the civil war and hml been a man o much force and at onetime owned large business in terests.
