CHRISTIAN CHURCH
Despite the "unOregon” weather
of last Sunday the attendance was up
to*he usual good standard, the mem
bers who are to be relied upon were
in their places and a splendid num
ber of visitors were noticed at the
evening service especially. This is
most encouraging and is just as it
should be, the members working to
make the services of the church at
tractive that those who are not mem
bers may see he beauty of service in
the church of Christ. Many compll-
metary things were said Of the ser
mons of last ,week and the pastor is
desirous of maintaining the same
standard of worth-while topics for
discussion based upon the word of
God.
