There was an excellent turn out on the part of the committees and a splendid spirit pervaded the as semblage, everyone being enthusi astic in their view of the matter. The program has been pretty well planned out and although some of the details will still have to be planned out. the events will be handled about as follows: Parade, Including band, queen's ear, float« and decorated autos, etc., at 10 a. m.
