By virtue o f a warrant issued by the Recorder o f the City of
. Newberg, Yamhill county, Oregon, to me directed, commanding
me to sell, separately in the manner provided by law’, the lots or
parts thereof or tracts o f lands therein described, and hereinafter
described, for delinquent and unpaid assessment for improvement
o f First street from Main street to Center street, in said City o f
Newberg, the name o f the reputed owner, the description o f the lot
or part thereof or tract of land to be sold, and the amount o f the
assessment, interest and costs being and is as follows:
