Tho proper way to do this work is to advertise it in the newspaper and let that he sufficient. Of course, nobody will buy the proper ty referred to, as it isn’t worth anything, and tire county can’t nllbrd to hid it in and pay coHts for making out ail neces sary pupers, and then have nothing left to show for it but some sand dunes and rugged dills. It would lie cheaper for the county to pay tho few dollars tax just now and save further eost, but there is no law for that.
