Notice is hereby given that the above petition
will be presented to tlte Honorable county court
o f the state o f Oregon for Crook county at the
next regular term thereof, to-wit, on the 4th day
o f May, 1904, or so soon thereafter as the said
court can hear the same, and will then and there
ask that the said petition be granted and a license
be issued to the said James W Shaw and George
Brosterlious to sell spirituous, malt and vinous
liquors ami fermented cider in less quantities
than one gallon at the precinct o f Bend, in Crook
county, Oregon, for the term o f six months.
