Hoard of Horticulture, just revived, is
brimful of valuable information for the
fruit grower and forcibly illustrates the
ever increasing importance of that in­
dustry in this state.
The Oregon Irrigation Company has
for the past year or more kept a small
force of men working on its right ot way
and excavating on its proposed canal
lines, and still claims that it will irri­
gate desert and that it will ptlt a large
force at work early In the season.
