Flooring of the cafe teria is in green with a black border, and hallway flooring, fin ished in grey, has as a feature a red Engineer castle, symbol of the corps, in the center of the tiling. Hanging up i t s seventh straight victory, the Camp Ab bot basketball team last week turned back a stubborn assault by the 70th Division Trailblaz- ers from Camp Adair. Score was 43 to 35. The Engineer squad was white-hot at the onset of the contest and built up a tremen dous 21 to 2 lead before the visi tors could get under way. Spark of the splurge was Higgen- bothem, who scored five brilliant tallies. Camp Abbot led at the half, 28 to 13. In the second half, the Trail- blazers staged a spectacular ral ly which tied the score, 30 to 30, with ten minutes to go. Butz and Tucker pulled the game from the fire for the Post team by scoring several tallies at the crucial phase of the game. Tucker with 15 and Higgen- bothem with 12 paced the Camp Abbot squad in scoring. In a preliminary contest, Com pany C of the 56th Battalion de feated the 12th Group Officers’ squad, 29 to 15.
