Post pugilists intending to par­
ticipate in a Post boxing tourna­
ment scheduled to begin the lat­
ter part of January were ad­
vised by Sgt. Leo Frizzo of the
Special Service Office sports de­
partment this week to begin
workouts in the gym immed­
iately.
Ring equipment which arrived
last week has been installed in
the Post Recreation Hall at
Group avenue and Center street
and is available to those desiring
to work out.
The proposed fight program
began to take shape this week
with the signing of five compe­
tent boxing instructors. They
