H. Connor and wife five acres of red or­ chard land, partly planted in apples for $1950. In December 1908 Mr. Connor pur­ chased his 16 acre tract, known as the Bissell place, for $2150, and it is from this tract that the five acres were sold Mr. Lambkin.
