aged about 70, was brought to Yreka
from Gazelle on Wednesday, and com-
mitted to the insane asylum, on account
of his mind failing, to become deranged
and dangerous to be at targe in the com-
munity.—Yreka Journal. Mr. Goodell
formally farmed east of Bear creek and
near Eagle Point in this county for a
number of years.
