to-day refused to honor the bill of Fish
Commissioner McGuire to April 1. Mc­
Guire presented a bill to cover the quar­
ter ending March 31, but the secretary
says he will draw no warrants for fish
commissioner, game warden or railroad
commissioners for a later date than Feb­
ruary 23, 1895, until the legality of the
continuation of these officers is settled.
