inhabitants, citizens and residents of
the State of Oregon, and during said
time have resided and do now reside at
Myrtle Point in the County of Coos in
said State of Oregon,
That Alice Margaret Tichenor is a
female child of the age of four years
and upwards. That she was born at
Los Angeles, California, on the 16th
day of September. A. D.. 1900, and is
the daughter of Herbert E. Tichenor
aud Mabel Tichenor, his wife. That
said Herbert E. Tichenor is the brother
o f your petitioner Anna T. Guerin,
That said Herbert E. Tichenor on or
about the month of November. 1907, at
the City of Portland, State of Oregon,
