Guerin, respectfully rep resents ; That your petitioners are and for more than ten years last past have been husband and wife: that they are and for more than ten years last have been inhabitants, citizens and residents of the State of Oregon, and during said time have resided and do now reside at Myrtle Point in the County of Coos in said State of Oregon, That Alice Margaret Tichenor is a female child of the age of four years and upwards.
