Also a water right in the water flowing in a gulch situated upon lots 4 and 5 of section 12 in town- shit) 28 south, range 13 west, and the northwest quarter of section 7, in town ship 28 south, range 12 west of the Wil lamette Meridian, in Coos County, Ore gon, be quieted as against the defend ants, and each of them, and that the de fendants, and each of them, be forever debarred from asserting any claim what ever in or to the above described prem ises or water right, or any pert thereof adverse to the plaintiff, and for such other and further relief as to the Court may seem equitable.
