and another defendant, in the above-
entitled suit, within six weeks from the
date of the first publication of this sum

of March, 1910, that being the 2?th day
of April, 1910, an<l being six weeks from
and after the date of the first publica
tion of this summons, and if you, or any
of you, fail to so appear and answer for
want thereof the plaintiff will apply to
the Court for the relief demanded against
you, and each of you, in the complaint
filed in this cause, a succinct statement
of which is as follows:
That the plaintiff’s title to a parcel of
land situated, lying and being in Coos
County, Oregon, and described as fol
lows, to-wit: Commencing at a point
70 feet east of the northwest corner of
lot 4 in section 12, in township 28 south,
range 13, west of the Willamette Merid
ian, in Coos County, Oregon; running
thence west to the Coquille river at low-
water line; thence along said river up
stream at said low w ater line 410 feet;
thence east. 250 feet, thence to the place
of beginning, containing one acre of
land, more or less. Also a water right
in the water flowing in a gulch situated
upon lots 4 and 5 of section 12 in town-
shit) 28 south, range 13 west, and the
northwest quarter of section 7, in town
ship 28 south, range 12 west of the Wil
lamette Meridian, in Coos County, Ore
gon, be quieted as against the defend
ants, and each of them, and that the de
fendants, and each of them, be forever
debarred from asserting any claim what
ever in or to the above described prem
ises or water right, or any pert thereof
adverse to the plaintiff, and for such
other and further relief as to the Court
may seem equitable.

publication thereof in pursuance of an

State of Oregon, dated the 12th day of

1904, to Sol Blumauer and Eugene
Hoch, copartners under the firm name
and style of Blumauer A Hoch, and also
reforming the description of such prem
ises as contained in the complaint,
decree, execution and order of sale and
the sheriffs return thereon, sheriff’s
certificate of sale, order confirming said
sale and sheriff’s deed under such sale,
as each appears in a certain suit for the
foreclosure of said mortgage and the sale
of said premises and particularly set
forth and described in plaintiff 8 com
plaint herein, so that said description
in said mortgage and in all said instru
ments and proceedings concerning said
foreclosure and sale shall read as follows:
Beginning at a point S. 79 degree» E.
115 ft. from the 8. E. corner of block 3,
in the town of Coquille City, as the said
block is laid out and numbered on the
original plat of said town as filed and
recorded in the office of the County
Clerk ofsaid Coos County, Oregon, run
ning thence S. 79 degrees E. along the
N. side of First Street in said town 24
ft .; thence N. parallel to Hall Street in
said town, 100 ft. or more; thence N.
79 degrees west 24 ft.; thence 8. 100
feet or more, to place of beginning; that
the date of the certificate of acknowl-
edgemnt of said mortgage be reformed
to read the 5th day of May, 1904; for his
costs and disbursrnents in this suit and
for such other and further relief as to
the court may seem meet and equitable.
