M ore Bodies W ashed Ashore. Two more bodies from the Czar ina wreck were found on the beach i ear Ten Mile creek this morning, i nd will probably be brought to Mar hfield tomorrow. The body found yesterday north of the Ump- <[ua will probably be buried there. The bodies are badly decomposed and disfigured, making identification practically impossible. The one found north of the Umpqua is sup- nosed to be Capt. Duggan. With the exception of a pair of shoes and a colored shirt, it was naked. The body was about the size of Captain Duggan but Fred McCollom who went to Qardiner this morning in hopes of being able to identify it, was unable to say whether it was that of the master of tbs ill-fated Czarina or not. One bodv found near the mouth of Ten Mile creek was absolutely naked. The head had been torn from it, making identification impos sible. But little was heard concern ing the other body found near Ten Mile creek. Coroner Golden is planning to go to the scene this afternoon or early tomorrow. Owing to the condition of the bodies being washed ashore, there is little hope of identifying those that come in witboat the clothing Those with the clothing on may possibly be identified.— Coos Bay Times. Corporations Dissolved. lu an executive order Governor F. W. Benson bas dissolved about 400 incorporated concerns doing business in the state of Oregon be cause these corporations had not made the reports to the secretary of state that are required by law. and had not paid their license fees lor the past two years. The action was taken under the authority of Chapter 172 ot the laws of 1905, and the concerns so affected are now without legal right to do business in this state. Their articles of in corporation are revoked and re pealed by the order, and all powers conferred upon them by lay are de clared inoperative and void. Many of the companies so affect ed are uative to other states, but have been registered in Oregon, while others were incorporated un der the law’s ot this state. A large percentage of the outlawed compa nies are mining concerns, while others are maintaining active busi nesses Just what the legal eflect of this executive order will be upon the operations ot the concerns is hard to tell at this time, but many embarrassing law points will doubt less be raised as to the rights ot the companies to issue check, collect money or transact other official business.— Salem Statesman. - «•* - B lack Hand Found Guilty.
