der of the County Court of Coos Coun­
ty, Oregon, made on the !5th duv of De­
cember, 19*>y, Altnnie Smith was duly
appointed Administratrix of the estate
of d ia ries B. Wilkins, dece, Bed, and
that letters testamentary have been du­
ly issued to Hie said Minnie Smith, and
that she is now qualified and acting.
Therefore all persons having claims
against the said estate are hereby
notified to present the same with
proper vouchers attached, to the said
Administratrix at Coquille, Oregon,
within six months from the 9th day of
February, 1910, the final publication of
