Blake in or der to carry out their pait of the obligations taken upon themselves in accepting the franchise granted Mr. Blake by the city of Marshfield, giving the privilege of constructing street car lines in that city. The same privilege will be obtained from North Bend, and the two cities are to be connected by a line. The capital of the company is placed at $too,ooo, and the incorporators are J. M. Blake, G. W. Kaufman and B. O. Graves. Mr. Blake states that the lines will be constructed as soon as possible after all rights and privileges have been secured.
