Notice ie hereby giveo that by an or­
der of the County Court of Coos County,
State of Oregon, made and entered oo
the 8th day of September, A. X>. 1909,
authorizing and empowering the Ad­
ministrator, John T. Long, of the Es­
tate of Alfred N. Ogle, deceased, to sell
at private sale, the hereinafter describ­
ed real property belonging to the Es­
tate of Alfred N. Ogle, deceased, for the
payment of the claims against the es­
tate and charges and expenses of ad­
ministration.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of said
order, I, John T. Long, as Administra­
tor of said estate, will on and after the
14th day of October, A. 1). 1909. offer for
sale and sell at private sale for cash;
ten per cent, of the purchase price must
he paid at the time of sale, and the bal­
ance at the time of confirmation of sale,
all the following described real property
belonging to the estate of Alfred N. Ogle,
decased:

Twenty-five (25), South of Range Ten
(10), West of the Willamette Meridian,
in Coos County, Oregon, containing One
Hundred and Sixty (160) Acres, more
or less.
