MacClary, her husband, the above named defendants: In the Name of the State of Oregon : You and each of you are hereby noti fied that you are required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above entitled suit within six weeks from the date of the first publi cation of this summons, towit: Within six weeks from the 10th day of March, 1909; and if you fail to appear and an swer on or before the 21st day of April, 1909, that date being the last day of the time prescribed in the order of pub lication, judgment will he taken against you for want thereof, for the relief de manded in plaintiff’s complaint, a suc cinct statement of which is as follows For a judgment against you for the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum from the 3rd day of June, 1901; for the further sum of $30.69 taxes paid on the land described in the mortgage set forth in complaint; for $250 counsel fees for fore closing this mortgage, and tor her costs and disbursements in this suit. For a decree foreclosing the said mortgage and an order that the prem ises in said complaint and mortgage particularity described, tow it: S. \V.>£ of N. E.
