there was on hand practically four
million dollars; and with the esti­
mated number of deaths to occur, it
was decided that it would be safe to
also omit the July assessment and
give extra time to official paper to
report proceedings of the Heat
Camp in the July Woodman. This
gives postive assurance of not more
more nine assments for the year,
