The annual election o f officers o f the K o-K eel Klub was held in the club rooms Monday evening. There was a good attendance and lots o f interest and enthusiasm fo r the club’s future m anifested. Franklin, secretary o f the College Conference o f the state o f Oregon, in which a scholarship, good at any one o f the six diflerent colleges o f the con ference, is offered to a member o f the graduation class o f the Coquiile H igh School. This scholarship is to be o f fered to the student, who in the judg ment o f both teacher and scholars *>»« the capacity o f profitin g by a college education.
