Coquille high school’s luckless Red Devil hoopsters will
be determined to stop the league-leading Marshfield Pirates
this weekend when the Coos county schools meet in district
competition in a home and home series.

trict openers with the Bandon Tiger last weekend when the
Red Devils turned back the snarling Tiger 46-41 at Coquille
and the wounded feline came back in her own lair Saturday
night to snap the Red Devil 53-41.
