Roscoe Victor Leigh, 32, is serv­
ing ten days in county jail for
drawing a bank check with in­
sufficient funds in the bank.
Wilfred Scott Laughlin, 38, com­
mitted to jail Dec. 17, was fined
on four counts: 8200 and costs for
possession of moonshine, 8100 and
costs for carrying a concealed
weapon; $5 and costs for driving a
motor vehicle without registration,
j and 815 and costs for driving a
1 motor vehicle with defective
i brakes.
| Ralph Edward Cookston, 32, was
jailed Dec. 17 for possession of il­
legal liquor. Bail was set at 8250.
Russell Stanley Weamer, 25,
charged with no vehicle license
and possession of moonshine, was
committed Dec. 17 with bail set at
$250?
Charged with being in a state of
intoxication on a public highway,
Arden Donald Steindl, 28, was
fined 850 and given 15 days.
Gerald Henry Leonard, 51, was
given 30 days and fined 8400. The
charge was driving a motor ve­
hicle while under the influence of
intoxicating liquor.
Suits Filed
The State Unemployment Com­
pensation commission filed suit
Dec. 15 against A. L. Morgan for
the sum of 82796.48 unpaid con­
tributions.
