appointed administratrix of the es­
tate left by Ira E. Hamilton, who
died at' North Bend May 0, 1040.
E. M. Shriver, Irwin Shriver and
Clarence Kibler were appointed to
appraise the real property of. the es­
tate which is estimated to be worth

Florence Helen Weathers has been
appointed administratrix of the es­
tate of Edward Everett Howe, who
died at Dora on the East Fork last
week. The estate which is estimated
to conslst'Of 012,525.01 in real prop­
erty and 012,474.00 in real, is to be
appraised by O. C. Sanford, L. H.
Hazard and Dr. C. A. Rletman.

der and A. A. Schriefer will ap­

left by Isabelle T. Whittington, who
died at Myrtle Point July S. Her
son, Thos. J. Whittington, has been
