Feature At Rotary
Garbed in appropriate cowboy
apparel, Darris Gant, aged Six year»
and accompanied at the piano by his
mother, Mrs Ellis Gant of Myrtle
Point, sang a number of western
songs in a manner that was greeted
with enthusiastic applause by the as­
sembled Rotarians and their guests
at the noon meeting of the club at
the hotel on Wednesday.
Gordon Gifford, of the National
Baptist Church Now Has
Flourestent Lighting System
Flourescent lights are being in­
stalled at the Baptist Church this
week to replace the old ones in use.
This wilL materially improve the
appearance of the auditorium and
serve without the glare of the old
lights.
