Oerding, whereby he sold one-half interest in the 75-acre ranch recently purchased from W. L. Kistner, which transaction was made through the of­ fice of George E. Oerding. The deal between Franklin and Oerding is for one-half interest in the 75 acres of land and all livestock and equipment.
