the death of Archie Hansen, a Mc­

been received by his mother, Mrs.
Verna Hansen, from Col. F. B. But­
ler, Archie’s commanding officer. She
has also received from Washington,
D. C., the beautiful Purple Heart
which was awarded posthumously to
the departed soldier.
